I am passionate about natural language processing in dialogue settings. My recent work focused on explainable chatbot detection to safeguard online customer service and emergency platforms against malicious LLM users. My current interest lies in developing personalized AI systems that foster responsible and effective conversational interactions across diverse applications, including counselling, education, and digital communication safety.
